CANCELLATION POLICY
To secure your appointment, a deposit is required at the time of booking. • 48+ hours notice: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment date. • Less than 48 hours notice: If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows: If you cancel the same day or do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service. We appreciate your understanding as this policy helps us respect our time and the time of other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. 💗Please respect my time, how I respect yours!💗 Please note: Arrivals over 10 minutes late will incur a $20 late fee.
